Community isolation measures extend in Manila metropolitan area, Cebu, raguna state until May 31

Community isolation measures due to the new coronavirus became the extension until Sunday, May 31.
The extended area was announced from a particular area with much number of the new infected people and the Philippine government.
◎Manila metropolitan area (metro Manila)
◎Cebu (Cebu City, mandaue city, Mactan Island rapurapu city)
◎raguna state (the southern part of Luzon)
By the community isolation measures, I am prohibited from going out other than the purchase of the food, the commuting to a hospital, the commuting to the company where some permission was granted to.
When I go out, the bringing of the permit called CQ PASS is necessary and is set a limit in 5:00-20:00 at time.
I can go out, and the target age becomes 20 years old - 59 years old, too.
In addition, I seem to be deregulated partly about the area about other than three areas mentioned above,
